Anyway it wasn’t much to be excited after all. Felt strange and good in a way when you see your work on the  big screen and there are people around looking at it.

No one looked for me. So I guess there isn’t any job for me. OR maybe I should stay positive and wait eagerly for an email or a call. FAT HOPES ler..But still hoping ler…I’ve seen a few times that there was people looking at my work and stayed on to see the rest. But…who knows…who knows..

I know, I know. Lame…

Yesterday was a good day. Woke up at around 10am and started to shift my crap out of my room.

Checked out from the apartment that I have been living for almost 9 months now. Before leaving, I took a long hard look at my room. It looked so different. So empty. Just like how it looked, when I first arrived.

I smiled to myself. Slowly memories came flowing back. Memories of girls in my room and on my bed and everywhere….LOL kidding lar! Memories like Zara and Vywen hanging in my room chit chatting, Kimberly came for a holiday, Yen Ling doing her work, Crystal come to kacau me, Rebecca(neighbour) blasting her radio and Sisa(housemate) knocking on my door so often. Sigh…all good, all good. Times like these that you will never forget. *smiles*

Although there was strong wind and I was freezing, there was also hail. But that didn’t stop the parade from going on. In fact it helped me get me and Zara a good view when everyone started looking for shelter and both of us were moving to the front.

It was fun. Until then. Adios

17 hours. I slept from 1am to 7pm. Imagine that. I am so deprieved from sleep for the whole week, I just crashed. I calculated that for the whole week, my total hours of sleep was around 17 hours or maybe below 20. Not even a day.

This week was like hell,(hectic,busy,sad,tiring) not as in sucky la. In short, this is the summary:

1) Finish my website for my expo.

2) Farewell party for friends.

3) Shifting my stuff to Eugenie’s place.

4) Helping my friends pack and shift.

5) Airport Farewells.

I feel like dying. So much to do in so short time. I even forgot about Justin’s Birthday and Jasemaine’s birthday. Happy 21st Birthday to you too! So sorry. Happy birthday again. So sorry you two. Hope you had fun and enjoyed your very special day. Wished I was there.

SIgh. Need to shift a little bit more stuff to Eugenie’s place, go collect my dvd-rw after doing too much work and left it at uni, go bank to cancel stuff and bank some money, collect money from an employer, call a friend for work. I won’t be updating la I guess. Thanks for your concern Yen Ling, Vywen and Crystal. I am fine. No worries. Hugs.

It is almost 9 months now, I have been here in this sheep land. As I remembered when I arrived, it was really hard for me to get use to it. Friends and family were all back home and I am all here alone. It was really hard for me for the first few weeks, but I got used to it and it was easier as everything got busier and eventually better.

As time goes by, I met more and more new people. Mostly nice, friendly people. Although sometimes there is a few weirdos and pain-in-the-ass people. However you grow closer and closer to them and you share most of your uni life here with them. You tend to know them better, share your ups and downs, have fun, have meals, go out for partying or just enjoying each others presence.

Friends are really important to me. And I have learned that well when I came here. I tend to cherish those that are here and those back home more and more and learn not to take them for granted. I really love everyone one of you. Miss you guys so much. For those who I have met here, you guys are simply fantastic. Honestly I really enjoyed my uni life and my time here in NZ. Everything was easier, more interesting and wilder! LOL. You guys really made my life worth living for.

Friends are always there no matter what and you can always count on them. This goes out to everyone I know, no matter where you are, Malaysia, UK, Australia, Scotland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan or wherever in the world. I love you each and everyone of you. Sorry for being emo but it is the time of the year that everyone leaves. Everyone I know.

Leaving on a jet plane: Crystal, Yen Ling, Me & Shingo at the Airport

Just today, I sent off my good good friend, Crystal. She left back to Hong Kong. I really felt apart of me goes away too. Just like how I felt when I left my buddies, family, best friend and everything back home when I came here. In this few coming weeks, more and more of my friends will be leaving.

This totally sucks. Mostly are going back for good and some are unsure of coming back. But I guess this is just apart of life. When you get close to someone and then they leave. THAT SUCKS! But that is just life.

In the following weeks, Shingo, Yen Ling, Vywen, Jack and many more will all slowly, one by one, leave the country. I won’t whine so much about it but I will surely miss all of you guys. Hope that your future will be as bright as the sunshine. Good luck to whatever you guys do and I WILL surely come and find each and everyone in your own country. HEHEH You can’t run away from me ! I hope I was a good friend to you guys and you guys will remember me as I will always remember you guys till I die.

Wahh..damn emo..hehe I recently read someone saying that men are getting more in touch with their feelings and women are getting stronger and closed. I guess that is totally true. I am the living proof. HAha… Great knowing you Crystal. Hope you enjoy your hols back home. Come back soon yah. Miss your stupidness already !! hahaha ..not forgetting Brendon really great knowing you. He is a damn funny korean guy..take care man.

Last, last night I got really high. But I can remember every single moment of it. Had alot of fun playing drinking games with friends. Slept around 6am.

There is something really bothering me.

I feel so light and happy now. But not for long ler… I have to start looking for jobs. There are bills and rents to pay and I have no time to waste. Sigh..Can’t believe my uni life is over. Unless I want to do Masters..but unlikely lar..I like what I’m doing now..

Was watching Australia vs. Uruguay playoffs at a club last night and I was actually really happy for them to win and qualify for the world cup since 32 years ago. I guess they are apart of asians as well maybe? Anyway back to my work..freaking hungry..549pm and I haven’t ate anything the whole day..

1) I have no exams. Only assignments and the last one is due this Friday 18 Nov.

2) Really wished that I could go back to Malaysia. For the food, family & friends, my 2nd bro’s wedding (congrats randy & teresa). But I am no rich man, so I got to stay on to look for temp jobs, proper jobs, get experience so my cv will be impressive and wait for graduation. After graduation, if I have a good and proper job I will stay if not I will be heading back.

3) I got some expo organized by the students for graduating students to show their work to future and potential employers. So good luck to me.

4) Still no girlfriend. Seriously.

5) Shifting to my friend’s apartment for the summer to look after the house.

Have not been updating the blog regularly because of my assignments, birthday and farewell parties. It is the end of the academic year and all my beloved friends that I have known over the past 9 months are all leaving already. It is really sad but life goes on and I wish all the best to them in the future. Will look for each and everyone of you in your own country in the near future. I will it is a promise.

As I am talking now, a group of my friends are celebrating in some karaoke bar and I am sitting here all alone and bloggin. I don’t know why, but I guess it is one of those days when you feel down, when you want to have sometime alone just relaxing, or just feel like hanging out with closer friends. Not all in the group of friends I am hanging out is the type I like. So it somehow puts me off also lar…I’m little racist …I admit. But just a little. Stereotype lar…don’t look at me one kind, people are people and people stereotype other people. But one thing I learn is, give them a chance. Be humble and quiet. Let them underestimate you and you will see the true side of people. I love to give them a suprise and show them what I can do. Don’t mess with me.

Okay I am in a crazy mood now, can’t say I am down or happy either. Just alot going through my mind. Thinking and thinking or maybe I’m just worrying about my assignment due on Friday.

Just few months ago, I celebrated my 21st over in New Zealand. Imagine celebrating it in another foreign country when you don’t have much friends and all your buddies are all back home or  stranded some where else in the world, your birthday is never the same.

But it didn’t turn out bad. In fact it was one of the happiest days of my life. My best friend (if you guys still don’t know who, Kimberly Ng) planned a trip to visit me in this sheep land and gave me a suprise of my life. Showing up suddenly at the airport after a well planned suprise which the whole world knew except me. Including my mom and dad. Imagine that. How well planned was that?

Anyway my 21st birthday was not boring as she was around. I was so happy, touched and sometimes just thinking back of all the things that we have been through and the things that she does for me, I just can’t thank her enough for always being there for me. I am really lucky to have a great friend like her.

However my very special friend’s birthday is today. And I couldn’t do what she did for me but I want to take this opportunity to wish her Happy 21st Birthday!! If you are reading this girl, I want to let you know I love you so much and miss you so much!! Enjoy this very special day as you only go through it once in your life. I am very much unhappy for not being able to be there for you(why am I not richer) but I want you to know I will always be there for yah! Muaks!!!
